Booking an appointment and choosing a service is as simple as choosing how much time you want for your massage. That’s it! There is no worry about being charged a different rate for different types of massage, focus or deeper pressure. Nor do you have to sift through a huge menu of services that overwhelms and confuses you. Remember, your session is always customized and is booked as a therapeutic massage every time. We take pride in offering honest, simple, straight to the point scheduling and will never nickle and dime you with different pricing or services. Oh and one more thing, tipping is never expected.We appreciate your business, referrals and online reviews in lieu of tips!
While most massage therapy sessions are booked standard with 60 minutes, you may choose to add more or less time depending on availability and your specific needs for the day.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How long do I have to sign up for to get the Membership Plan?
Your auto pay schedule is a 12 month cycle, but may be canceled at any time. A completed auto pay cancellation form must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle. If you decide to terminate your plan within the first 90 days of partnership, there will be a 15% cancellation fee assessed to the total cost of services you received while enrolled in the partnership program. After 90 days, there is no cancellation fee. Any unused Auto-Pays will expire 30 days from contract termination date. All you would need to do is fill out a form, in person, at the front desk at either location with at least 30 days notice prior to your next scheduled billing date. Your billing date will occur every 30 days from your anniversary date.(Example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 1st and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a cancellation form to Denver Sports Massage by no later than January 1st.)
2. Can I “freeze” my plan at any time?
Yes, to freeze your auto pay, a completed request must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective from the following month.
You can freeze your Auto Pay schedule once per year at any time for a fee of $15 per month. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in monthly increments for up to 6 months. To request the freeze, complete a freeze request form at the front desk and submit it via fax or in person to the front desk. Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated.
3. Can I share my Membership Plan with a spouse, relative or friend?
Membership plans may not be shared. Check out our Package Deals for sharing with others!
4. What happens if I do not use one or several monthly massage?
Unused monthly massages will roll over to the next month for your personal use. However, all unused massages will expire at the end of the 12 month plan cycle and will not roll over.
5. May I pay a deposit in order to reduce my monthly payment?
Yes, you may make a deposit in any amount to reduce your monthly payment or pay it off all at once. The remaining balance will be amortized over the remainder of your plans cycle.
6. May I combine any other discounts or Promotional offers with my Membership Plan?
You may not combine any other discounts or promotions with a Membership Plan.
Cancellation Policy
Denver Sports Massage is not responsible for confirming or reminding patients of appointments. Our auto e-mail service is offered as a courtesy. We are not responsible for incorrectly typed e-mails, e-mails sent to spam folders or bounces from e-mail service providers.
At Denver Sports Massage, we value you as a friend and patient. We strive to provide a relaxing, educating, and healthy atmosphere. Our therapists treat everyone with respect and trust, and so deserve the same in return. They work a limited number of hours each week to ensure the best possible care.
If for some reason you are unable to make an appointment and any of these situations occur, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation process.
1st “Late Cancel” or “No Show”: No Fee.
2nd “Late Cancel” or “No Show”: 25% fee of the original price of the missed appointment.
3rd “Late Cancel” or “No Show”: 50% fee of the original price of the missed appointment.
Any appointment following these occasions will be subject to a charge of the full fee of the missed appointment.
