Bonnie Yu

Bonnie is a SoCal native that graduated from the 900 hour massage program at National Holistic Institute in Studio City, in 2017. She has knowledge in multiple modalities both Eastern and Western such as Shiatsu and Thai but specializes in deep tissue, myofacial release, and sports massage. Her approach is intuitive with an emphasis on healing guided by knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

Bonnie’s experience has developed from years in luxury spas and high performance sports gyms. She has experience working with all levels of athletes ranging from weekend warriors, to collegiate level, NFL and NBA combine athletes, as well as professional NFL players.
