Greetings everyone, my name is Dan Moreno.

I consider my self a passionate Holistic Health Practitioner who understands that the body is a complex system of inter-related systems. I have strong foundations in professional communication and client-centered care.

It all started with a calisthenics trainer certification back in 2019, soon thereafter I realized that to deliver the best results possible I also had to cover the nutritional aspects. Thats when I joined the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which helped a ton in my devotion to deliver results effectively. Very soon after that, I realized the importance of assisted stretching and got certified as a Flexologist.

I am a licensed massage therapist. Graduated from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy where I learned many different body work modalities such as sports massage, deep tissue, myofacial techniques, Neuromuscular therapy, Trigger point therapy, Swedish, Ashiatsu, traditional & table thai.

My commitment to understanding the depths and complexities of the human body led me to be currently enrolled in the C.H.E.K institute, where I will continue to extend my knowledge and experience to deliver ease and achieve the goals of those who choose to work with me.
