Gabriel Marrero

My name is Gabriel Marrero and I have been a licensed massage therapist since January of 2017. Over the years of practicing therapeutic massage I have developed a passion for helping my clients destress and live more comfortable, fulfilled lives through deep tissue and tension releasing massage. My specialties are treating those who have been injured or overworked through a combination of, deep tissue, triggerpoint, myofascial release, cranial sacral, and decompression (cupping) and several other modalities are a minor focus for me but still important to those who need them.

I grew up in a not so good neighborhood called Gary in North-West Indiana and spent a little time in Chicago as well before enlisting in the Marine Corps infantry. I’ve done many jobs in my day including lifeguard, factory work as a pipe maker, driving semi trucks delivering propane, and delivering oxygen to the elderly. Aside from Denver Sports Massage I also work for a company called Angels Services where we offer a range of services including massage to those who have special needs. All that to be said, I have an understanding of many walks of life and can empathize with anyone.

In my off time I like to draw, workout, boulder, play video and board games, read self help, and write creatively, but I am always interested in trying almost anything new. My church also receives a good amount of my off time with either small groups or my service on the security team. My faith is very important to me as I would not be anywhere near where I am were it not for God’s grace.
