Ginny Cortes, born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I made my move to Colorado 7 years ago where I have continued to share my passion for wellness and a holistic approach to health. I am a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping clients achieve their wellness goals. My journey began as a personal trainer, where I developed a strong understanding of the human body and the importance of movement, recovery, and self-care. My goal is to heal with a medical mindset, but a therapeutic approach.
