Sarrut Ouk

Sarrut is very passionate about health, wellness and alternative medicine. She graduated from East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, Wisconsin in 2019 and ran her own bodywork practice in Wisconsin for four years before moving to Colorado. Sarrut has been a fitness instructor leading dance fitness and core strengthening classes for over a decade. She recently became certified in Personal Training through NASM and is working towards becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist. 

Sarrut’s style is listening through her hands and using a mix of Eastern and Western modalities to provide what the body needs. During a session, she may ask you to describe any sensation or changes in pain, engage in active stretching/pin and stretch techniques and guide your breathing for a better release. She also enjoys educating people about their bodies and providing self-care tips and exercises to help continue with the healing process.

When Sarrut is not doing bodywork, you may find her biking, hiking, running non-competitive races, playing sports (mainly football), and walking her two dogs and cat with her wife.
