Sean Applebee

Sean Applebee, Licensed Massage Therapist(LMT), draws from his background in holistic health and music to spread light and healing by connecting people to their humanity. He sees the body as an orchestra that, when given the space to heal, becomes a harmonious symphony of health, growth, and joy. He believes that a life full of happiness and vitality can be achieved by anyone.

Sean earned his LMT certification from the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute focusing on Medical Massage techniques ranging from Myofascial Release to Lomi Lomi to Pain Management. He also studied jazz trumpet, earning his B.M. at the University of Colorado Boulder where he studied the Alexander Technique, a method used to help the body unlearn dysfunctional habits and return to balance. He has since studied Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Heart Centered Therapy with the Chikly Health Institute integrating the power of light, intentional touch and compassionately releasing stored emotional trauma allowing the body to regain its energy and functionality.

Sean’s approach is highly individualized and designed to address the root cause of dysfunction in the body. Think of it as a combination of massage, physical therapy, and energy work. Sean integrates his knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit to address the nervous system, fascia, and lymphatic system . At times the work may be deeper and at times it may be lighter depending on each client’s needs. He is excited to help you discover your body’s power to heal and experience the fullness of life.
