Seda Condell

Seda is a freshly graduated Licenced Massage Therapist excited to start her time in the field. She is constantly learning and adapting to provide the best quality care and support the health and wellness of her clients. Initially attending school for engineering, Seda stumbled into massage therapy on accident. The passion for such hands on and healing work bloomed instantly and she hasn’t looked back.

She completed her training at St. Moritz Academy, having received instruction in modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, and Prenatal. While still new to the profession, Seda is working on expanding her knowledge of injury recovery and sports medicine so she can work towards becoming a Physical Therapist and will be returning to school in fall 2026 for her Bachelors degree in Biology.

Seda is passionate about her work, her musical instruments, skiing, and so much more. Captain of her high school mountain bike team, varsity track athlete and as a NOLS graduate, she sees the value in putting your best foot forward on both the trail and the pavement. Using integrated techniques she strives to help set you up for success in all your adventures. No adventure is too small, and no challenge too great!
