Sophia has always understood that true healing happens at the intersection of mind, body, and spirit — and that belief has guided her entire journey in bodywork.
Her passion for healing started early. At just 16 years old, Sophia became a certified energy healer, developing a deep foundation in how the body holds stress, tension, and imbalance. That holistic perspective has shaped everything about the way she works with clients today.
She went on to pursue formal training in massage therapy and became licensed in 2020, bringing both her clinical skills and her intuitive approach together into a practice that meets people wherever they are. Sophia specializes in Ashiatsu, Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue massage — a toolkit that allows her to work effectively with a wide range of clients, from those managing chronic pain to those simply looking to move and feel better every day. She also incorporates cupping, hot stones, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release into her sessions when the work calls for it, tailoring each visit to what the body actually needs in that moment.
What makes Sophia’s sessions stand out is her ability to blend technique with intuition — she doesn’t just address where something hurts, she considers the whole picture.
A Colorado transplant from Oregon, Sophia has quickly fallen in love with her new home. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her out on the trails, hiking and exploring everything the state has to offer — living proof that staying active and taking care of your body go hand in hand.
