Isaac Meno

Isaac holds a degree in Sports and Rehabilitation Therapy. Before moving to Colorado, he was a NASM-certified Personal Trainer in Los Angeles. He brings over 10 years of massage therapy experience, incorporating modalities including Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, and ARM (athletic release massage/pin and stretch).

Isaac takes a rehabilitative approach to massage therapy, designing his work to complement care from a client’s chiropractor, physical therapist, personal trainer, or physio. His goal is to help each client get back to the life they enjoy, working toward whatever that looks like for them.

In his spare time, Isaac enjoys weight training, road cycling, bowling, and family time with his grandchildren.
