Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost.

Late Arrival:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

Payment Policy

Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and gift certificates.

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, gift certificates, or retail products.

Health & Safety Policy

Client Health:
Clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to their first massage session. It is the client’s responsibility to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment or prescriptions he/she is currently undergoing and to provide written permission from a physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., if necessary.

Infection Control:
We follow strict hygiene protocols. Please cancel your appointment if you feel unwell or have a fever.

Client Comfort:
Your comfort is our priority. During your treatment, let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is key to receiving the most effective treatment for achieving your goals.

All client files are confidential. Your written permission is required before we can release any information regarding your treatment.

Respect Policy

Mutual Respect:
We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment for our clients and staff. We will not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

Quiet Environment:
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced when in the clinic.

Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal belongings with you during your visit.
