Hello, my name is Sasha. I graduated from University of Houston, Clear Lake, in 2015 with my BS in Fitness and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science. Finishing college was a struggle, but to reward myself for gaining my diploma,

I enrolled in Texas School of Massage and finished my personal training certification right before my first day. Ever since I was little, I’ve had an affinity towards helping others, especially regarding health and wellness. Before I became a massage therapist, I got to learn from an excellent chiropractor who taught me that pain is not the norm, and that has stuck with me through my professional career.

My past experience has taught me what may have led to the injury and how to correct movement patterns to prevent future flare ups. To take that experience further, I got my Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification through NASM, and continue to help guide my clients to a better way of living by analyzing movement and pain patterns and educating them on ways to incorporate corrective exercise in their everyday lives.

Pain and restricted movements should not be the norm, but rather the reason to make a change.
