I joined the team at Denver Sports Massage because I believe that the best way to keep ourselves feeling good is to keep ourselves performing well! Before starting here, I offered massage in a spa setting, and while that company gave me experience working with lots of clients, I always felt that they offered only partial solutions. I’m not the type of massage therapist who is content to make people feel good for just an hour or so. Rather, I feel driven to participate in creating long-term changes in my clients’ lives. I think Denver Sports Massage is the perfect setting for this type of work! Whether you’re trying to reach the next level of athletic performance, to rehabilitate a stubborn injury, to resolve a complex pain condition, or simply to correct for the wear and tear of your daily activities, I have techniques at my fingertips to help you move forward!
My motivation to practice massage therapy stems from my experience recovering from a spinal injury. If you’ve ever herniated a disc, let’s talk, because I’ve been there! My education started in 2016 at Colorado School of Healing Arts, one of the strongest massage programs in the area. I continue to expand my knowledge through the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals. Away from the office, I like to make music and play Dungeons & Dragons.
